COLLEGE STUDENTS go International
Students from The University of Colorado, Boulder, each summer participate in a global Messengers missions program sponsored by the First Presbyterian Church. Ten of the nineteen students hand delivered Bible Boxes for special training and VBS. The CU students received a real blessing and were encouraged by this tool that could be used for any language, any age group and at all levels of Biblical knowledge.
"Yes we definitely used The Bible Box in INDIA at the Asha House Orphanage and went through the major themes of the Bible with 31 Sunday School kids. The Christian leaders who speak Hindi translated for us and will be able to use it for more in depth education. "We gave one Bible Box to a daycare center and two to Christian elementary schools in HONDURAS and they were well received. Our situation was different as we had very little time to visit. One school located outside the Nueva Suyapa city dump was run by the local missionaries. We have faith that God will use these as instruments to teach the Bible stories as the missionaries seem really interested and God is working through them under these difficult conditions."
